Because our items are unique, one-of-a-kind creations or small-batch custom runs, they cannot simply be mass-replaced. We want you to love your piece, so we handle returns with an artisan-focused approach:

14-Day Return Window: If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unaltered, and securely packaged in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged in Shipping: We package all items with exceptional care, but if your package arrives visibly crushed, broken, or compromised by the carrier, please document it immediately. To help us process an insurance replacement claim with the shipping company, you must send clear photos of the damaged item alongside images of the outer box and packaging materials within 48 hours of delivery.

Our Replacement Process: Because exact duplication is impossible due to the unique natural materials we employ, we will handle your verified transit damage claims through two routes:

• Complimentary Structural Repair: Ship the item back to us, and we will happily repair your piece using original or equivalent elements at no extra labor cost.
• Similar Alternative Replacement: If a repair is not possible, we will work closely with you to provide a similar alternative creation or custom print selection of equal value.

Custom Commissions: Please note that custom commissioned pieces built to unique client specifications are final sale and cannot be returned, but remain fully eligible for our repair care program.
